  • SCARF (Sunshine Coast Africa Relief Fund) is a registered charity in Australia that raises funds on behalf of PREFER. It is self funded and all applicable costs (money transfers, stationary & postage costs etc) are paid for by our committee of volunteers. Allowing all money raised to reach it's intended target.
